Broadway markets are the perfect place to meet some friends for lunch on a Saturday. The food stalls are vast and with such variety even the fussiest foodie with find plenty to please their taste-buds here. I was spoilt for choice and found myself munching my way through this market. Try some mouth-watering pork rolls, paella, Indian or falafels and then move on to some dreamy cakes and chocolatey treats. After lunch take a pause from eating to browse the
art and craft stalls and great shops that line this street. I could not resist buying some lovely fabric from Our Pattered Hand and will definitely be going back here when I am next in London as the have a beautiful range of textiles.
A smaller market seems to have sprouted off the main market and is definitely worth a look. Netil market contains a collection of food vans selling some delicious food as well as a few art, craft, furniture, and jewellery stalls.
Both Markets are a short walk from either London Fields tube or Hackney central station and or open every Saturday.
